Unbelievable!!! Our phone number which we have had for 31 years has been given to someone else and we now have no landline. Trying to contact them but all they say is that we have booked an engineer, last time we booked an engineer he sorted the problem at the box and didn’t come to our home, how are we supposed to explain what happened if we can’t speak to anyone?
