Their customer helpline is not that much friendly. Always helplines are busy.
Its true that Bt Internet is best. Really they have First class broadband service.
BT service is not perfect for student. Price is a bit high then others. I love their customer service.
My experienced with BT helpline was not good. Their behave was rude later i complained to their customer manager and he apologies to me. That’s why still using their service.
Disastrous decision ever to switch to BT. 7 days without broadband and still being fobbed off. It takes an average time of 20-25 minutes for a phone call to be answered to be placed on hold for a further 10 minutes. Terribly shoddy inadequate service for a company of this size. Frankly I’m shocked!
BT Customer Service is an utter joke and is an absolute discrace, See pictures below. I rang for an hour this evening before being answered, I was on the phone with an advisor for 40 minutes before being cut off, I had to call again, waited for over 2 hours before being cut off again.
I feel so angry and frustrated by them.
