I would like to thank barclays for the lovely gift that was sent to me after being in hospital in October when I broke my leg. I had seen on TV that they sent presents to their customers however thought it was false andprobably never happens. Barclays actually do surprise people. I would like to thank them as at that time it really cheered me up. I had been thinking of changing my account however this good will gesture changed my mind. Thanks guys xx
Hello. I would like to thank and for Barclaycard management to recognise a superb job done by an employee called Nitiss at your Indian call centre I called earlier today. His command of the English language and ability to explain the situation then allay my concerns was excellent. I’m not sure how you will find one employee amongst thousands but I would be grateful if you would try please. I would really like his line manager to recognise his abilities and hopefully thank him on my behalf. Thanks (in anticipation). David Horton.
These people are unbelievable! I have to wait 20-30mins EVERY time I call them. Never had such a bad experience, and I have been around for a while! Avoid them like the plague, they have no idea of what customer service is!
Most of the staff are rude or not very nice to deal with, so much so I hate to make trips into the bank.
Avoid them at all costs, and take your banking elsewhere. The rates may be good, but the hassle is not worth it.
Barclay have been unresponsive and unhelpful which I find astonishing given my 4.5 year relationship with them.
Im fed up with barclays everyone very nice on the phone but do nothing about your problems. My advice go to your branch
