    I would like to thank barclays for the lovely gift that was sent to me after being in hospital in October when I broke my leg. I had seen on TV that they sent presents to their customers however thought it was false andprobably never happens. Barclays actually do surprise people.     These people are unbelievable! I have to wait 20-30mins EVERY time I call them. Never had such a bad experience, and I have been around for a while! Avoid them like the plague, they have no idea of what customer service is!
