  1. As a new customer with 02 I needed advice on using my phone in Spain next week. I went to the O2 store in Chelmsford to clarify what I had read online. The first girl I spoke to said with O2 travel it would cost £3.99 per day. I said i thought it was £1.99 in Europe….she didn’t know that Spain was in Europe !!! when I asked how much to make a call without having O2 travel, she said international rate was about 40p per minute. I said I thought it was 3.6p per min and she checked and agreed.These girls knew nothing. How they get and hold down a job is beyond me.I am locked into a 2 yr contract but will be changing as soon as I can.Should have read reviews before I signed!!
