I applied for a budgeting loan on dec28 had confirmation to say they received it had an acceptance letter I sighed sent back first class never heard anything 2 weeks later phoned them up was told would be in my bank on the Friday wasent there phoned them back up was told they haven’t recieved my acceptance letter they send me another letter signed it sent back now Feb 1st haven’t heared anything if i phone cost me money as left on phone for at least 20mins what am I suppose to do
