Universal Credit is a service that helps make sure that claimants are happier in work than they are on benefits. People with low income or those who do not have work can benefit from this service. It helps people prepare for work, move into job and make more money. Universal Credit is a welfare benefit that was founded in 2013 in order to replace 6 means-tested benefits and tax credits including: Jobseeker’s Allowance, Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Employment and Support Allowance and Income Support. Payments for Universal Credit will be made on a monthly basis directly into a bank or building society account. Any help with rent will be included with the payment and the claimants then pay their landlord on their own.

Universal Credit is available to people in certain parts of the United Kingdom. It makes sure people are able to reach out to it and thus offers a number of ways to get in touch with it. You can call, email or write a letter to Universal credit and get answers to your questions and also file your complaints. The customer service department is there to help people about all their concerns and makes sure people are satisfied with its services.
