    Worse nothing but the worse company to deal with, they disconnect my internet twice without calling me, it appears the customer services can cut your internet without consulting with their account department to check if customer’s payments have been received.

    We are utterly disgusted with talk talk over refusing to pay for a laptop harddrive caused through talk talk allowing to get through some one who hacked my girlfriends laptop which will cost 70 pound to fix stuck at the repair computor shop presently worth 400 pound.we have been messed about.had phones put down by very rude customer service staff and technical support staff.along the inconvenience of waiting time.since April.we are so disgusted.and if this matter is not resolved via a phone call tommorow off some one in the management dept of talk talk .we shall be taking matter to the government ombudsman to investigate as well as bringing it to the attention of the mp.and minister for trade and industry.UK government to publicly investigate talk talk .also be shown up in public press over this.this outrageous service from a broadband telephone company.we demand full financial compensation over this and a severe investigation into talk talk staff.we demand resolved soon.we are utterly disgusted over talk are quick to complain about bills being paid on time by customers.but their staff fail to help customers properly.often been sarcastic.and rude.when dealing with customers complaints.enquiries.its unacceptable.a quick phone call required tommorow over this.I shall be reccomending to all on twitter and public Facebook to not bother with talk talk for go elsewhere for these services.
