• You can get in touch with Talk Talk customer service by phone. For complaints about your TV, landline or broadband service call 0870 444 1820. If you use a TalkTalk landline your call will be free.
• Those who want to file complaints about TalkTalk Mobile can use the following number 0870 087 8751 (free from any TalkTalk mobile).
• You can call between 8am-8pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-6pm (Saturdays) and 10am-5pm (Sundays and bank holidays).
• You can also email or write to Talk Talk on the following address: Customer Relations Department, TalkTalk Group, P.O. Box 346, Southampton, SO30 2PW.
• Talk Talk tries to reply to every complaint within 7 working days of receipt. Remember to include the following information in your letter: Your name, the date the problem occurred, tour TalkTalk home telephone number, description of your complaint and the names of any customer service advisors you may have dealt with.
• Also, remember to include any one of the following: The 3rd & 6th characters of your TalkTalk account password, or your Personal Security Question answer or your TalkTalk account number or the last 4 digits of the bank account or card number you make use to pay your TalkTalk bill.

    Very good service by helpful on line staff. But internet speed some time going down. otherwise its ok

    Unable to log into my online account and when trying to speak on the phone they say I must log into my account. Customer service don’t ever listen to your problem and end up leaving you in an endless loop until you have to give up.

    The ordering has gone well. I am hesitant because I have had a bad experience with talktalk in the past. Hopefully they have improved and I will get the router and the caller display in the package

    Talk Talk are useless on every level. The service is poor and overpriced but that is nothing to the customer service which is beyond a joke.

    do you want ripped off, do you want crap internet connection do you want crap customer service, do you want charged for free vists , do you want inaccurate billing, then sign up with talk talk cause we will give you the whole lot

    I’ve had great service from talk talk. Very efficient and helpful. I think it’s a well organised company. There’s been no trouble with my broadband. Signal seems to be strong all the time, even though they explained it could be intermittent at the beginning.

    Just left talktalk – gone to plusnet who are just as bad for customer service, if not worse!
    Main reason for leaving – email server was rubbish, went for days with no access to emails

    Excellent service from Talk Talk I was nearly caught by a scam I contacted customer service who provided me with a router upgrade and a new package with caller display and call blocking at no extra cost. A very well organised company giving great service
