So much for Homecate plan, My central heating has broke down, and we have to wait over 24 hours to have it repaired. My husband is 70 yrs old & my Mother who is living with us is nearly 90, this is appalling. Why is there never enough engineers to cover emergencies. Despicable

Called for my boiler annual service . They have me a number of a firm that does the service for them. Phoned them to be told they did not have any available dates i said not even in the next two months the girl said no .I called scottish has back the guy said they would find something and they would call me back still waiting a week later talk about bad service
