Fed up with unanswered letters. Since I can’t get a response from O2 I will cancel my phone, my wife is going to cancel hers, I am persuading my son, daughter and parents to cancel theirs and my wife is going to get her parents to cancel theirs. I have two married brothers, one with two sons, and my wife has a brother and sister-in-law, with two sons. If we can persuade them to cancel their contracts and they can persuade their families and friends to do so, I may make a big enough difference to make me feel slightly better.I feel better already and realise that if I can reach my friends, and their friends, on Facebook I may have a chieved something. I despise O2 and their attitude to, and treatment of, their customers, the people they make their profits from.

Had to use a strangers phone. This company are a joke. If you want good service dont use o2.they just palm you off with lie after lie. Have taken o2 to ofcom

I’ve had enough of trying to resolve this issue, the final straw was the call centre this morning trying to resolve my issue. I have been through the website (round and round in circles so many times I am dizzy) and cannot see how to cancel my contract. The direct debit has been cancelled and I am giving you notice of my termination. This contract was taken out on 16 July 2016 and is thus within the two week cooling off period so I do not expect to be billed for a further month.
