This is unacceptable and we wish to be reimbursed for this phone bill as it was through no fault of our own that Microsoft illegally charged our credit card without our authorisation!? Please can someone contact me asap to sort this incident out. I hope to hear from someone from Microsoft asap. Regards Mrs Diane Weaver
