When I asked at Jersey Airport if they had been handed into them I was informed no that it would be with Flybe lost property. I then asked on board my return flight on Sunday and the in flight crew informed me they would be handed into the Airport so to try Cardiff. I’ve contacted Cardiff and they inform me lost property found onboard will be with the airline and not the airport! I know I was careless in leaving my glasses behind but surely I’m not the only person who has done so? What surprises me is that neither the Airports nor the on line crew seem to know the correct procedure for customers to reclaim their lost property! I’ve just had 4 flights with Flybe this weekend and experiencing this with your company has put me off flying with you again. Far too frustrating Customer Service!
