I am using a credit card from Barclays Bank for a credit card for the last three months. But I am not getting any calls about the payments. The services are not satisfactory. They also did not send me my statement of the last bill.

There is no any annul fee on the card. Statements are sent on time. We have the option of setting the billing cycle as per convenient. Customer service is good . The fraudulent service is very good.

For the past 15 years i have Barclays Account. The service is good. They use to give loan against credit card with the higher interest rate which can be reduced.

Barclays bank has been good in their offers. But not in their services. The services are average from them. The cash back offers. The points. Overall a average experience.

I am having the Platinum credit card with Barclay bank. The payment cycle for this card falls on the second week of every month. Adding to that, it is easy make the payments. Due to this, I am interested to use the credit card frequently.
