We recently purchased a Bush Smart LED television. We signed up with Netflix but for some reason we cannot watch any of the films. It looks like to film is going to start then after a few seconds it goes back to Netflix logo. We have tried it with a wireless connection and also with a wired connection but still no good. Also after trying to connect to Netflix the television has to switched off and on again to get back to the television programmes. We have reported this on 2 occasions and also received a new tv because one of your staff thought it was a problem with the television. Can you help
