    I have not been able to stream for 3 days. My internet connection is fine. I have internet everywhere else in my apartment. I was prompted to run a connection test and was conveniently “disconnected” but only from Netflix. This is ridiculous.

    I was wondering why we pay so much for Netflix and you dont even play new episodes of svu, or don’t even have Chicago fire or Chicago pd.

    Netflix has been charging my credit card but I have never used their service! Tried contacting them via Facebook and Twitter but no reply until now. Telephone call is not feasible for me. I just need to cancel my account. It is bizarre that an online company doesn’t have an email.
