    I have been hangin on to phone line on back of debit card for over an hour, absolutely furious, no answer now -10.05 pm discraceful service

    HSBC leaves the costumers out by system being down, I’m nearly 10 years with them and with getting worst and worst every day.

      Your letter 23.09.16 refers. Your reference 855/02 refers. Your demand for £10.99 is misplaced and mistaken. I over paid the balance after cancelling the service and then you credited me with £10.99 per 19.08.2016.

      There is nothing more to be said, so kindly your demands.

      Further you refer to the card being cancelled! What are you doing? Please explain in every particular.

    I am very disappoint by the services as you closed my account in February 2017, I have the remaining balance in my account still today has not got them back , I have been my local branch did all the necessary passport check etc. got letter sent to me said will be in my account after 1 month still not in my account !
