  1. Had contracts with three for over 5 years now, always the best value and think the overseas feel at home service is excellent. Sometimes network is patchy at home but the WiFi app has helped with that.

  2. My Three mobile broadband dongle was no longer working. So three offered to replace and upgrade it for “free”. However ‘free’ turned out to be a dodgy upgrade that would tie me in for two more years at a 10% price increase for exactly the same service. A blatant con trick!

  3. Three have recently written to most / all existing customers on the One plan, telling them they will be switched to a more expensive contract as it is being discontinued. Be very careful with your dealings with this company.

  4. It’s hard to explain how nice it feels to be able to just use your phone while abroad without thinking about it.

  5. Do you understand the word DEAD? I am sick and tired of being contacted by telephone by your call centre asking to speak to my husband who passed away in February. Each time I tell them that he has died and they hang up. Eventually one had the common sense to find out what had to be done and advised me to send a copy of my husband’s death certificate to Customer Services in Glasgow which I did with a covering letter. The response to this was to immediately return the certificate with no other enclosure. Today, guess what? I received a demand for payment advising if it was ignored it would be put in the hands of a collection agency. I rang the number on the letter only to be told that I had not sent in a copy of his death certificate! I insisted that I had and asked Sachin if he had any idea what it was like to keep being hounded about your dead husband and he laughed!
He then said I had to take the death certificate in to a 3 shop and ask if they would email it to young it would be an end to the matter. My response was that I would tell everyone I speak to about how you treat bereaved and vote for you in the Daily Mail’s Wooden Spoon award. I won’t hold my breath for an an answer, no doubt the response will be either another phone call or demand for money.
